This presentation will cover how to enter formulas. The formula will cover several LE specific formulae that are critical in the analysis of data. Did you know there are two types of time in Excel, Clock Time and Elapsed Time? You have to use the correct one to total Investigative Time.

My mantra is "If I use a formula more than three times or it's complex and takes me several minutes to figure out, Create A Macro." I'll show how to automate your formulae. Functions can be thought of as automated formula. There are over 500 Functions in Excel. We commonly use about 20 or so another 30-40 are good to know are there. and the rest we will hardly ever use.
